In the heart of Charlotte's South Park area lies a culinary gem that transcends the ordinary - The Fox & Falcon by David Burke. Here, the marriage of elevated modern steakhouse fare and artistic presentation takes center stage.

Helmed by the illustrious celebrity chef David Burke, this establishment is more than just a restaurant; it's a testament to Burke's boundless creativity and relentless pursuit of culinary excellence. With a menu boasting steaks from both land and sea, alongside Burke's signature dishes like Clothesline Bacon, Lobster Dumplings,
Popovers, and Cheesecake Pops, each visit promises an unforgettable gastronomic journey.

But the artistry doesn't stop at the plate. Step inside and be enveloped by a carefully curated decor that marries elegance with whimsy, creating an ambiance that's as enchanting as the cuisine itself.

At a mere 26 years old, Burke's culinary prowess catapulted him into the coveted executive chef role at New York City's iconic River Café. It was here that his extraordinary talent garnered not only a prestigious three-star review from The New York Times but also a remarkable accolade: the esteemed Meilleurs Ouvriers de France Diplome d’Honneur. In achieving this honor, Burke solidified his position as a trailblazer, becoming the first and only American ever to claim such distinction, thus etching his name firmly into culinary history. Burke's culinary prowess extends far beyond the kitchen. Renowned as one of the most respected chefs in modern American cuisine, his accolades range from restaurateur to artist, philanthropist to beekeeper. His empire, David Burke Hospitality Management, stretches across the globe, orchestrating the culinary experiences of 18 restaurants, a historic event venue, and even a bakery.

A true visionary, Burke's influence transcends the culinary world. From offering industry insights to gracing major news outlets like ABC TV and Forbes, he is a revered figure both in and out of the kitchen. And let's not forget his playful side - who else could claim the title of puppeteer alongside their culinary achievements?

Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, Burke's spirit remained undaunted. Initiatives like the #FeedtheHeroes program showcased his unwavering commitment to community and innovation. And who could forget his entertaining cooking demos featuring Lefto, a puppet alter ego that brought joy to thousands during lockdown?

From rescuing beloved bakeries to empowering future culinary stars through scholarships, Burke's impact reverberates far beyond the walls of his restaurants. With each dish he crafts and every endeavor he undertakes, David Burke continues to redefine the boundaries of culinary artistry, one delectable bite at a time.

Helmed by Chef Callan Buckles, formerly of acclaimed NYC spots like Claud, Momofuku, and The Four Horsemen, the menu is a bold fusion of global influences. From a $3 Gilda skewer to a $110 sirloin, Rada’s offerings reflect Buckles’ culinary pedigree and adventurous flair. With dishes like eggplant escabeche and seabass paired with txakolina wine, Rada aims to carve out a niche in Charlotte’s emerging shared-plates scene.Rada blends fine dining with approachability, focusing on flavors that challenge Charlotte’s palate while embracing its neighborhood vibe. Highlights include crispy roast chicken with vegetable farcis and Asian-inspired touches like fish sauce and shio koji. The bar program is equally compelling, featuring a gin martini made with anchovy oil and Basque pepper brine.
