The aesthetic of Trish Wescoat Pound is part classic, part cool girl and perpetually chic. Step into the newly opened Sag Harbor boutique housing TWP, her eponymously named collection, and you instantly feel like you have stumbled upon the perfect closet edit. Its everything you want to be wearing and nothng you don’t. The “Big Joe” white button-down shirt which has already sold out at other retailers conjures up images of Images of Carolyn Bissette Kennedy or Jane Birkin who didn’t need fussy summer wardrobes to turn heads and ooze sex appeal. Prior to TWP, Wescoat pound perfected her fashion pedigree as the founder of Haute Hippie and working for major American labels like Calvin Klein, Michael Kors and Theory. TWP is housed in an aptly understated and historical Greek Revival house which was the first in the Village of Sag Harbor to have electricity. Alongside the crisply hanging color blocked collections, expect refreshments in the garden and rotating art on display.

The current photographs of the wild horses of Sable Island are the work of Roberto Dutesco. Even if you missed the limited-edition collaboration of the DÔEN x GAP last month, you can still get your hands on the brands timeless summer essentials with a bohemian twist. Check out California’s DÔEN boutique in Sag Harbor for delicious pointelle tee shirts and organic cotton sundresses’ that look straight out of Jane Birkin’s summer wardrobe. In Amagansett, the quintessential queens of quiet luxury, the Olsen twins have opened their fourth boutique in the former Tiina space.

Nothing screams serious money louder than their sold out $1,400 Navy Blue Tori T-Shirt or the $4,590 white Giulio open front cashmere cardigan, perfect for summer bonfires or starboard star gazing on the way back from Sunset Beach. In Southampton, designer Alvin Valley is the place to go for the denim to pair with all of your luxe basics. The “King of Pants” is now also the master of denim designs.

His “Doyenne” flares have sold out multiple times after turning heads and getting attention from social media account @classofpalmbeach.

The washes and cuts are flawless no matter what your body type they are worthy of the $475 price tag because you won’t want to wear anything else.

Rada, a chic new restaurant in Myers Park, introduces Charlotte to an elevated dining experience with tapas, biodynamic wines, and shareable plates. Helmed by Chef Callan Buckles, formerly of acclaimed NYC spots like Claud, Momofuku, and The Four Horsemen, the menu is a bold fusion of global influences. Owner Eloy Roy envisioned this contemporary American eatery in the former Little Spoon space, creating a cozy yet upscale 50-seat spot with mint green walls and a minimalist aesthet-ic. From a $3 Gilda skewer to a $110 sirloin, Rada’s offerings reflect Buckles’ culinary pedigree and adventurous flair. With dishes like eggplant escabeche and seabass paired with txakolina wine, Rada aims to carve out a niche in Charlotte’s emerging shared-plates scene.Rada blends fine dining with approachability, focusing on flavors that challenge Charlotte’s palate while embracing its neighborhood vibe. Highlights include crispy roast chicken with vegetable farcis and Asian-inspired touches like fish sauce and shio koji. The bar program is equally compelling, featuring a gin martini made with anchovy oil and Basque pepper brine. Roy believes Rada will resonate deeply with diners, offering something fresh yet familiar. This new spot, opened on Selwyn Avenue, invites locals to indulge in innovative cuisine and discover what they’ve been craving all along.
