The face yoga journal transforms your face , mind and life in 2 minutes a day

The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method, is a natural way of looking and feeling healthy, glowing and youthful. It is safe, non invasive and rooted in traditional Indian and Chinese healing techniques with modern, science-based research. She has taught this technique to millions of people around the world including celebrities, and on many major TV shows. When she created this method over 16 years ago her goal was ( and still is) to help you have a simple and easy yet effective tool in your own hands that you can use daily.

Face yoga combines facial exercises, facial massage, acupressure, facial relaxation, and of course, wellbeing. Face Yoga lifts and firms the face, helps smooth lines, relaxes tension and helps you to look the best version of you.

To get good results, you need to keep it up daily. You also need a mirror, clean ands, a clean face and a little serum prior to starting. Breath Deeply throughout. It’s key to wear SPF every day when outside, whatever the weather- this is the best thing you can do for your skin!

We often hold stress and tension in certain areas of the face, being aware of some parts and disconnected to others. We can also spend a lot of time criticizing our face. Do the below face yoga exercise at least once a day to have a true understanding of your face, to feel the wonderful benefits of deep breathing and inner reflection and above all, to feel grateful for your face. You may like to hole a quartz crystal in your hand for the first part of the face yoga move.

Daniel Collins Face Yoga Journal will transform your face, mind & life in 2 minutes a day.

Rada, a chic new restaurant in Myers Park, introduces Charlotte to an elevated dining experience with tapas, biodynamic wines, and shareable plates. Helmed by Chef Callan Buckles, formerly of acclaimed NYC spots like Claud, Momofuku, and The Four Horsemen, the menu is a bold fusion of global influences. Owner Eloy Roy envisioned this contemporary American eatery in the former Little Spoon space, creating a cozy yet upscale 50-seat spot with mint green walls and a minimalist aesthet-ic. From a $3 Gilda skewer to a $110 sirloin, Rada’s offerings reflect Buckles’ culinary pedigree and adventurous flair. With dishes like eggplant escabeche and seabass paired with txakolina wine, Rada aims to carve out a niche in Charlotte’s emerging shared-plates scene.Rada blends fine dining with approachability, focusing on flavors that challenge Charlotte’s palate while embracing its neighborhood vibe. Highlights include crispy roast chicken with vegetable farcis and Asian-inspired touches like fish sauce and shio koji. The bar program is equally compelling, featuring a gin martini made with anchovy oil and Basque pepper brine. Roy believes Rada will resonate deeply with diners, offering something fresh yet familiar. This new spot, opened on Selwyn Avenue, invites locals to indulge in innovative cuisine and discover what they’ve been craving all along.
